By accessing or using VQ Healthy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VQ Healthy is a HIPAA-compliant health tracking application that allows users to log health metrics, manage medications, track appointments, and monitor glucose data. The Service is provided by VisionQuest Services LLC.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Use the Service to store information for anyone other than yourself without proper authorization
5. Health Information Disclaimer

VQ Healthy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The Service is intended for personal health tracking and information purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not rely on this Service for emergency medical situations.

6. Data Handling

All personal health information (PHI) is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest. Data transmission is protected via TLS/SSL. See our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisionQuest Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
